Update: Second Lawsuit Filed Against Preschool in Greenwood, Arkansas, Another Former Student Comes Forward

After the initial filing of the lawsuit, another former student has come forward about the abuse she endured.

A second lawsuit, filed January 9, 2024, has been brought against Miss Tina’s Preschool in Greenwood, Arkansas, and a convicted child predator, Jamie Speaks. The lawsuit also accuses the preschool of allowing Speaks, a registered level two sex offender, around children, leading to long-term sexual abuse. The Plaintiff, now 19, attended the preschool and alleges unsupervised contact with Speaks that resulted in her being sexually abused between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
