In The News: New Lawsuit Filed Against Preschool in Greenwood, Arkansas Alleges Years of Abuse

On December 12, 2023, a disturbing lawsuit was filed against Miss Tina’s Preschool in Greenwood, Arkansas, alleging negligence for allowing a convicted child predator, Jamie Speaks, to be around children unsupervised. Speaks was convicted in 1993 of sexually molesting a 7-year-old girl who was under his wife’s care. The Plaintiff in this case, now 18, claims years of abuse at the preschool between the ages of 3 and 6 years old and that the abuse commonly occurred when Speaks would take her, unsupervised, to the bathroom.
