Investigation of Ex-Baptist Pastor Launched
Garland County Prosecutor Michelle Lawrence confirmed on Monday that a criminal investigation has been launched against Teddy Hill, the former senior pastor at Millcreek Baptist Church who allegedly raped a teen boy for years.
